I just want macbook-level non-computing hardware (the case & hinges, screen, keyboard, mostly, but good speakers, mics & battery are a bonus too) & it’s not that ez to find in laptops (if there even are comparable puters out there).
I don’t need much computing power, 16GB RAM is plenty too, tho I wouldn’t say no to a 15h battery.
It’s just my use case - I want something built really good even if it has a Pentium in it (not that I’m comparing Ms to Pentiums) .
And I also don’t wanna spend 3+k monies for a laptop I’m about to use a few times a year.
Nothing else fits my case, I might try it for the lolz.

The Illuminati runt??

Idk, this feels like the cover story of something that was successfully secured, contained, and protected.

Well no, wealth concentration works neatly, ads work, they sell you stuff or quietly form your opinion.
Yes, I know, I know, “doesn’t work on me, I’m literally immune to ads”, but it’s really naive & actually stupid to pretend that the system that works above design expectations “doesn’t work”.
Ads work on all of us bcs they are made to work on human brains specifically. For huge teams of ppl that is the sole goal of their jobs. They aren’t paid for nothing.
(Also yes, all them go into my dns sinkholes & ad blockers, but they do work on the vast majority of my fellow humans which in turn affect my life greatly on a lot of levels.)

Not to be confused with rumpTik.

Ok, but leopard(s) shouldn’t face consequences for that.

Thx, it has pockets, wanna try them?

We call them tops & bottoms.

Ok, I’m stabbing the cheese wrong then I guess.

It wasn’t built to do plane stuff, surely they made it fly more as a joke.

This is the exact real world tactical case F35 was built for!
(Also the only one it was built for.)
Maybe it’s VMed in HML.

Oh, sorry, I might not have been aware of much of the smaller things (I’m not from them USA parts) - but I was trying to make the distinction between ‘polite criticism for distancing themselves from the previous admin’ (something all politicians do on all political levels, even in cases of direct policy/friendship/spiritual succession, even in companies actually, it enables the new admin to be their own distinct thing & get traction among the people & coworkers sooner) & just bitching for the sake of it, calling names etc.
Also wasn’t it a peanut farm?

It was also rare for the current president to bitch about past presidents. Or sell cars, phones, etc.

Yeah, an extension of Reagan directives, but so was Reagan a product of megacorps & lobbyists that worked it’s way into controlling the politics long before that - a failed actor made the main face of (de)regulation & wealth concentration.
Had any of the two made steps towards more democratic representation of the people the situation in USA would have been very different.

Deregulation champ weary about lack or regulation.

That’s because it’s hard to empathize with a group of people. Empaiy is always about individuals.
Yes, but I see that as a distinct lack of empathy.
Lazy brain also doesn’t have issues thinking about how to benefit itself over others in contrast of the way it can stop being emphatic about others.
We were hardwired to that.
And the only way to evolve is through powering through urges like that ‘laziness about empathy’, or just live as we always have (but now on global destructive level with basically 0 realistic/actionable chances of going extinct).

Wishful thinking basically, a belief that humanity is by default good, a kind of superiority complex we (most of us?) have.
Idk, I guess that’s dependent on evolution.
Species can be diffident imh(scifi)o.
Yes, the body on those is extra nice, but just not quite as good if you are attentive to such things.
(Forgot to mention I also dislike wide-screens on laptops since I’m never gonna use it for videos.)
I def don’t want a “low res” screen either (that close I can actually appreciate the additional sharpness), years (5?) ago I have bought a new (from a store) Chuwi laptop for a little over 200 monies with a higher resolution screen, metal body, and a mightily Celeron (I used it only to connect to my home lab so it’s fine).
Also the battery is ofc shitty & spicy after a few cycles. Weirdly ok-ish keyboard.
