It looks different for me - I didn’t want to go back, so I just installed Reddit Enhancement Suite and the old.reddit redirect and disabled my ad blockers for it, and sure enough it looks like garbage now so it’s easy to remember not to use it.

I don’t give a shit about either of those narcissistic men, but a pure chef’s kiss to you for this meme choice.

If you’re already comfortable working in the shell, you should check out tig. It’s not as fully featured as the other clients named here, but it’s an excellent viewer nevertheless.

That bothered me less than whenever some thread got successful and a mod decided that their input deserved to be viewed as the top comment, so they pinned it to the thread. 95% of the time those comments had nothing to do with reddit moderation, just a normal comment that wouldn’t have even been upvoted if it hadn’t been made in sudo mode.
