The charges are that they “defrauded donors” by paying informants in right-wing hate groups, and somehow wire fraud for paying those informants. Whether any of that is actually illegal is dubious

I just learned about the difference between psyllium and dextrin, and think I’ll stick with psyllium due to its insulin modulation and LDL-reducing properties. Both will give you great poops though

First off, if you make a change to a higher fiber diet, you’re likely to have increased flatulence while your gut microbiota acclimates. Second, there are different fiber sources that each person may respond differently to.
