At the time computers were totally useless for everyone but big firms, banks and military. Ads for computers were rare and confined in specialized magazines. That behind said, I don’t think a modern drawing tool is inherently less capable than an older one to produce magic. Digital painting used to have limitations in comparison with traditional technics, but a good 2d illustrator can do gorgeous drawings with a tablet nowadays.
When I see magic in animated movies, its when people do things by love and passions, and not for seeking additional profit. Flow and Arcane are examples of animation with such ingredients.

Ben en conclusion, c’est juste un service gratuit qui fait tourner un projet open-source existant, comme Framapad. C’est pas du gaspillage si ca tient la route dans le temps. Je reconnais que ça pas a l’air facile d’utilisation parce qu’il faut écrire du markdown, contrairement à un traitement de texte en ligne. Donc bon on peut s’arrêter là.
edit: mon mauvais, en fait je croyais qu’on parler de pad.numerique.gouv.fr. Mais non, c’est un vrai projet open-source à la Google Docs. C’est heu… ambitieux. Après c’est basé sur https://www.blocknotejs.org/ et ils disent qu’ils contribuent au code. Moi ça me va.
Je te suggère de distinguer les softs et les instances de service. Tu te rendras compte que cette solution gouvernementale est à la fois raisonnable et utile, exactement comme Framapad de Framasoft.
En pratique:
Tu trouveras plein d’autres instances plus ou moins gratuites et plus ou moins communautaires, mais en terme de softs, on fait vite le tour.
Tu peux pas comparer ces softs facilement. Par exemple, une seule instance d’Etherpad peut faire travailler des milliers d’utilisateurs sur des milliers de documents en même temps. Alors qu’avec LibreOffice Online, j’imagine qu’il faut une instance dédiée (genre une VM Java) par session utilisateur vu que c’est dérivé d’un soft pour PC. C’est bien suffisant pour de l’auto-hébergé comme toi, ou un private cloud (quand tu fais héberger tes propres instances), mais ça va pas passer à l’échelle pour des millions de personnes en gratuit.
La communautée HedgeDoc semble riche et indépendante (cf. https://hedgedoc.org/history/ ). Le soft est bien plus moderne que Framapad et le soft n’est pas à la merci d’une boîte privée estonienne comme OnlyOffice/Infomaniak.
Bref ça m’à l’air d’être un choix raisonnable de la part du gouvernement pour héberger une instance offerte à tout le monde d’un service à la Framapad mais en mieux.
Parce que bon, le gouvernement va pas dire aux français d’utiliser une petite instance associative de Framasoft. C’est super que Framasoft puisse administrer un serveur Etherpad avec leur moyens limités, mais ça tiendrait pas la route si tout le monde s’en servait.
