yes! this! is chatgpt intelligent: no! does it more often than not give good enough answers to daily but somewhat obscure ans specific programming questions: yes! is a person on SO intelligent: maybe. do they give good enough answers to daily but somewhat obscure ans specific programming questions: mostly
Its not great for complex stuff, but for quick questions if you are stuck. the answers are given quicker, without snark and usually work
the good thing if it gives you the answer in a programming language is that its quite simple tontestvif the output is what you expect, also a lot of humans hive wrong answers…
and copilot and chatgpt give good enough answers without being unfriendly

4·3 years agojust watched it in a barbenheimer combo. the dialogue wasn’t as clear as in barbie, but much better than tenet! So still ‘nolany’ dialogue, but well watchable without subtitles.

0·3 years agoI might be absolutely wrong though, I don’t really know anything… I just checked how far away it is… but if it has gone supernova already, then we might have a chance to see it? That would be amazing.

1·3 years agoAccording to google it’s 642 Light years away. As in, it takes 642 years until the light reaches us. So you probably won’t live to see it.

10·3 years agohow do we find kbin communities from lemmy?
i am actually aware of it. but i think it (or something similar) or something similar should be included in the ‘new community’ dialogue, to curb the amount of new, duplicate, communities being created…,…
There absolutely needs to be a good way of finding communities here on lemmy, that would probably mitigate the problem a bit. I also like your sticky solution linking to similar communities, but it would be great if this happened automatically (or semiautomatically) when creating communities. As in: oh you are trying to create a “technology” community on your instance? Did you have a look at these ones with the same name on federated instances?
+1 For Stardew, you can get lost for hours in pelican town looking after your turnips and parsnips.
I mostly use it becuse it came with the computer and works really wel for everyday use, so i see no need to replace it… And Manjaro on my second machine
