eSun is definitely the runner up, but it’s $22/kg versus $14/kg for kingroon.

I have a Sovol, two Vorons, a Prusa, and the only for filament I’ve found that works fine in all three without excessive tinkering or price is Kingroon. Tried eSun, sunlu, hatchbox, mg chemicals, Prusa, and makerbot.

I have the same issue - can hear lamp ballasts all day and it drives me nuts.

My experience has been that Milwaukee for the most part doesn’t have the high pitched whine on their drills, and I don’t think my last Bosch did either. The DeWalts have it for sure.
