2·4 months agoWould be pretty great honestly. It gives autocratic rulers a way out without worrying to be hunted by some past enemies - given they aren’t narcissists that simply want to rule till the bitter end.

Things got way more complicated and applications require a lot more work

22·1 year agoBecause software needs to be maintained. Well at least most software that has a subscription model is maintained and gets regular updates. People don’t work for free, you have to pay them
