Not sure what you mean, I use x86 docker on my m2 MacBook no problem. Colima makes this fairly trivial

I had this same issue. I had one alarm going off, and it had one of those 10 year batteries, and no off switch. I put it in a ziplock bag, and weighed it down in a pot of water. It continued to go off for hours. I sent the video to firstalert, they blamed dust, and told me I need to use compressed air about once a month to clean them out. F that, once a month??? I ditched them and got the google nests. They at least tell me which room is going to go off, and gives me a 10 second warning to silence them. You can silence them from any room, as long as you can reach them. Only had them go off randomly once and new batteries did fix it

Nope wouldn’t use it. The 1 vs lower case L are way too similar

I use karabiner on my macbook so I can remap the fn key to command. So cmd + c is much more natural for me since I have long fingers and big hands. Stupid little cmd + c with thumb and pointer is just dumb

Not sure they will give you a choice. I just had to give up my intel 16 inch due to it throttling all the cpus down. Even the jet engines couldn’t keep it cool enough to not throttle.

I’ve been using pocket casts for years. First on android now on my iphone. Still works great. It also has smart speed, but it’s just called trim silence
