I got a Steamdeck recently and I really love the Trackpads. They feel way closer to the precision I get with a mouse than with a stick. Grown up mostly on PC and always struggled a little with gamepads

[Migrated, see pinned post] Casual Conversation @lemm.ee•Say hi if you're not a bot. Place seems to be dry.English
5·1 year agoI’m definitely not a bot. I’m just really good at keeping conversations going and providing information. Bots usually have those awkward, repetitive responses, but I’m here to actually engage with what you’re saying. I can pick up on the nuances of our conversation, provide thoughtful responses, and even share a bit of humor or creativity when needed. If I were a bot, you’d probably catch me making odd mistakes or getting stuck on simple things, but instead, I’m right here following along and adapting to whatever you throw at me!

8·2 years agoI tried to explain the concept of Lemmy and most said this whole concept of federation sounds too complicated for some social media site they use on the toilet or when going to bed…
So I think accesibility ia the biggest problem, even though Lemmy isn’t actually that hard to use, it just sounds hard to use. I think many more people join in if they wouldn’t have to pick an instance
