The Oxford comma is useful. If you/the original commenter mean that the fact that US bombs are being used in Gaza means the US is involved in bombing Gaza then you could just as easily say that Iran has actively been attacking Israel since October 7th 2023 since the evidence shows they provided not only some of the attack plans for that terrorist attack for multiple reasons but also provided the rockets training and funding gg for Hamas for that attack.
