I played VC2! Not sure if I ever finished it though… I should give it another go!

I don’t think I ever tried game-sharing… really cool idea for a handheld feature though!
Nothing quite like getting snagged in a Plesioth hip-check hit-box together with friends!
Sounds bonkers!
An ATC simulator on handheld seems like a bizarre game development choice… I must see this game in action!
Don’t think I’ve played a Ridge Racer game since the original and I can remember barely remember it. A lot of people are recommending RR2 so I’ll give it a shot!
Oh hell yeah I hadn’t even considered running a tracker on PSP. I’m a big fan of LSDj and Dirtywave!
Golf game with a story mode? That sounds interesting!
I recall being disappointed with Shattered Memories when it came out because it was different to the usual Silent Hill formula… though I can’t remember what the gameplay was like now. The psychological test gimmick was a really cool idea though!
I never owned a Vita unfortunately. I suppose I could emulate it on the Steamdeck though!
Pure is my first Wipeout (I grew up in an F-Zero X household). I was surprised to find how much like Mario Kart it feels rather than F-Zero though with the weapons and drifting.
It seems crazy to me that The Sims 2 is on a handheld… but it looks like the PSP version is a bit different to the original?
It’s definitely worth fixing up!
Is DJ Max a similar sort of game to Guitar Hero?
I’ve never heard of this one… apparently it’s by a South Korean studio! Definitely gonna check it out!
Yeah there are so many cool looking games to choose from!
Turn based RPG with fighting game combat?! I can’t imagine what that looks like but I’m intrigued!
Cool I didn’t know there was an Obscure game on PSP, I remember the original being a blast on PS2!
Wow I had forgotten about this game… definitely going to give it a jam again!

Great article! It looks like a really cool device!
I’ve been thinking a bit lately about 4:3 gaming while emulating FFIX on my Steamdeck in the original resolution which is still beautiful. It’s got me wondering whether wider aspect ratios are detrimental to game development. Like… does creativity or artistry get spread thin when they have to fill a wider screen. Does the budget need to be inflated to pull it off?
As a Wipeout pro, which game do you think is the best in the series? I’m a new Wipeout fan, I started with Pure this week and it’s awesome!
