I have a wireguard server on my opnsense router. My phone and my wifes phone is permanently connected, doesnt matter if we are on home wifi or not, we just leave it on. Very basic, very stable.
My daily driver is a t450s running Fedora Kinoite. It’s great, all working fine, but browsing is getting a bit heavy on it, and battery life is less than an hour, so it’s mostly used stationary. Thinking of upgrading to a T14 G3.

3·2 months agoBeen using this for a while now, I like it a lot! With this release, passkeys dont work in Firefox on Android for me anymore. Firefox on desktop works fine, but both trying to login with, and after deleting and then trying to create a new one on Android, results in an endless loading screen.

Not the pne you replied to, but for me it works to add the full path to another users calendar in davx5, and then setting appropriate permissions to it in the rights file.

1·10 months agoYeah, I seem to be mistaken and you are right, -25 is accurate for heat pumps for room heating. But the Nibe F110 is a heat pump water heater that works down to -10C, and Indol have a few models that says down to -12C. Still quite good!

1·10 months agoYou can also connect it through the wall so that it uses outside air for its energy. Modern heat pump technology is so good it can remain effective all the way down to -25C.

Green Energy@slrpnk.net•Survey finds UK households overwhelmingly satisfied with newly installed heat pumps
4·1 year agoIn Sweden, heat pumps are the standard for new housing and a LOT of older houses get converted. It’s totally normal. Either geothermal, exhaust air, air/water or air/air, almost all smaller houses have one of them. The exhaust air one is especially interesting becouse it’s also a ventilation system. Being cheaper than geothermal, many house builders go for them.

Awesome!!
Thanks! English is not my first language, just wanted to make sure I understood it correctly.
The part about Media Segments sounds really interesting. Could it potentially work like in some streaming services, where you can just hit a button to skip a tv show intro? That would be amazing!!

Guess I could do that, didnt think about that. I will check it out, thanks!
