I disagree wholeheartedly. The Constitution was there to serve a small population in the early years of the country. The amendments they made and why they made them have very little if anything at all to do with what radical fascist SCOTUS members claimed since then. There’s been years of arguing about this already so I won’t bother with it here but suffice to say that I absolutely reject the notion that violent fascist ideologues have free speech rights unless you can show me that Fox News and OAN are providing prime time slots for socialists and communists. No I do not gove one single fuck about “bUt tHeYrE pRiVaTe cOmPaNiEs!” because private companies have been publicly oppressed for opposing views.

I still think it would be more effective to combine that with a 2A campaign against their media pundits and influencers.
