I didn’t say anything about that being the best tactical decision, just that if you are firing a gun in public not at a range that escalation concerns probably aren’t that relevant.

If you are at a point where you are shooting a gun in public and not at a range, shit is escalated to pretty much as high as it can it be on a personal level.

They’re also going for the death penalty for Yoon though?

Google for sure did, you can read about it here: https://www.wheresyoured.at/the-men-who-killed-google/
Idk if DDG did similar or if they did, if it is documented.
Also during a war, things almost certainly were better before the war. War is kinda known for being awful.
What is SEA to you? South East Asia? Seattle? A boat?
That’s just a strange godzilla comes to town
I work is a loud environment, and didn’t take it as seriously as I should’ve, and just wore regular earbuds because I wanted to be able to listen to music over the noise of the machinery. I don’t have it as bad as either of those cases you mentioned, but definitely noticed that I couldn’t hear as well by my mid 20s, and it takes very little background noise to prevent me from being able to following a conversation.
Now I am pretty good about wearing earplugs, and have bone conduction headphones that I can use with them, and the sound comes through clear even at low volume with the ear pro in. I would highly recommend them if that is part of anyones hangup around wearing ear pro.

I had an Alias 2, and it was the best phone I’ve ever had

Idk that I would ever build exactly this, but I defi itely want to see / read your build retrospective!

Also a basic mop is pretty bifl already, you just swap the mop heads if it gets gross I guess.

Its just a microcosm of how being poor is really expensive, while there are tons of ways to save money while wealthy. That doesn’t end up being the cause of wealth inequality but it does give a certain inertia to those class positions.
Edit: because I misremembered the quote and vimes does present it that way.
3dp really still shines best in a rapid prototyping mode, if they are really mass producing, they’ll probably be skipping 3dp in favor of injection molding or some other process

Functioning society /= America is kinda the point of the original comment.

In the air they are highly survivable long range bomb trucks, that all these ones had to be destroyed in drone attacks on the ground is kind of evidence of that.
The US has used its strategic bombing forces for non nuclear attacks extensively as well, including known use of the B2 against the Houthis and B52 against IS in Syria.

Lots of manufacturing operations are terrible to work for, but there is a general gap in the manufacturing labor pool in the US. I’ve worked at a handful of different shops over the years, and most places I’ve been have offered decent bonuses for recruitment referrals because they struggled to find people. Even the places that paid decent and were aright to work at.

Trades did well for me, and financially nearly all my close friends who went trades are doing better than nearly all my close friends who went to college.

Oh that’s what’s freaking them out?
I don’t think they’ve done one on wells yet.
