These are all tip line summaries. I honestly don’t see anything that would hold up in any court.

Why not both?

I live in a rural area and while we have a Starbucks, it’s pretty awful. Dirty seating, long lines.
Across the street is a great espresso with seating.
A block away is a Vietnamese coffee.
Starbucks is dying as a company. They might live on a few more years until everyone figures out how much better other places are for coffee.

Opt out:

I don’t understand why they don’t drag people in front of a panel every day, 8hrs a day, until these files are put into an scif while they are being redacted.
Force the DOJ leadership to basically sit in timeout until they fulfill their legally ordered duty.
Stick to Linux but run on risc-v.

When a post to a website gets popular but the website doesn’t have enough resources to handle the number of people visiting it.

DDOS is a symptom. A DDOS can cause different failure scenarios at different points.
Maybe the attack is causing the service to access a backend database that isn’t equipped to handle the traffic. The web server queues requests but they can’t be handled in a timely manner.
Maybe the attack causes a firewall to spend too much time inspecting the traffic by sending a malformed packet.
Maybe the attack simply overwhelms the bandwidth of the firewall or router. The Reddit “hug of death” is a common example.
In short, lots of things can lead to a service interruption. A DDOS is just a description of a way to cause that interruption by using distributed source hosts.

I knew a Unitarian. He described going to church as more like a weekly potluck.
There are also local political clubs you could look into as they will be focused on local community issues.

They are still up 25% over the past year?

Dude is lucky. She looked like she was about to to unleash fury.

Win10 is dead. There no going back.
There’s no next version. It’s all iterative.
I agree that they should lean into open source though.

Wait Cuba is a threat? Is it from the decades of economic depression enforced by the US?

So was it pre-meditated?
I’ve been satisfied with the LGs I’ve bought and used on two separate homes. Both are still good after 5 years.

Honestly they don’t. Used to be a rite aid but they went out of business.

Even usps can’t deliver to rural addresses. They deliver to line of boxes at the highway intersection which get ran over or broken into monthly.
Instead you either get a card to pick up the packages at the usps office, or you skip the broken-into mailbox and get a pobox.
Amazon.com needs to chill and get rid of their delivery services due to their anti-competitive nature.
They should do this before every game anyways.
