The word “Blast” needs to be removed from all news. They literally have to have writing classes to get their job, and their vocabulary is seemingly limited to what a five year old would use. Probably some psychological reason they use it lately, like infantalizing the news so it’s not taken seriously on purpose or something.

Remove the peoples trust/value from it. Make societies (even small scale households/towns) around a currency-less system with things taken care of by each other using no money, just an agreement (it’s how communities used to work for thousands of years before capitalism, so it’s completely do-able). Or use a new money if you wanna start the failed capitalistic orphan grinder up again. Essentially starve the currency from trust/value to people and its value goes back to what it was, nothing. Money has no intrinsic value so if you make systems outside of that currency that stops people from requiring it, all the made up value goes back to zero.

Publicly paid for rent free housing. Not group shelters. Full on housing. That’s literally all it’s ever taken. Season on some free mental and medical Healthcare and you’ve got a recovery sandwich. Even if they don’t end up fixing their lives, the amount it costs the public to just give them this is cheaper than it costs to have the police harass them, build anti-homeless infrastructure, and repair damages caused by the unhoused from defecation or public property damages. The other one-two punch is fixing economic problems, which rent caps, unions, minimum wage being a living wage tied to inflation, and changing fines to imprisonment for corporations doing crimes will fix a lot of that.

It’s too bad this can’t happen while corporations can buy the government with “donations” and lobbying (legalized bribery), and massively benefit from homelessness as a way to force people into exploitative work, or imprisonment for cheap legal slave labor (See 13th amendment). Only way I can think to fix that problem is to remove the source of their power, which is to pull money out of the equation. Essentially building communities that work together without money like we used to, though the government has standing orders to kill or break up people who try that (see Malcolm X, M.L.K. Jr., or places like lake Lanier).

I had to switch to Jerboa because Connect kept glitching out on a bunch of posts where it would load the image for a second, then just give a blank screen. So you’d need to either keep clicking out and reloading to hope it worked, or load externally in a browser.

They don’t have to because they aren’t legally a news network. They are legally Fox Entertainment. There was a whole lawsuit about that.

That’s kinda fair, but only if not looking at context. Unions represent the will/votes of the workers, and in the past women’s rights were culturally looked down on. In the present day equality is a more widespread cultural view so unions now would reflect that, at least in areas that do. So essentially unions are only as good as the current majority ethics of the workers within them.

Why even fine corporations at this point? Put the ones involved behind bars and shut the company down, liquidate their assets, and divide it to the victims when they do criminal shit.

It’s not murder equivalent though. You probably have this image in your mind of a fully formed fetus when in actuality its something smaller than a pea by the time like 99% of abortions are done. There is no mind formed, the whole “heartbeat” thing was a lie, it was essentially the cells forming parts and doing basic tests on them to see if it works yet. Your logic would also dictate men NEED to have kids every moment because sperm only lives for a day or so and if they don’t fertilize then it’s the same as a mass murder (even though only one sperm survives fertilization, so still mass murder).

Also what about future possible kids? If you plan to only have a set number of kids, and aren’t in a good place, financially, mentally, or otherwise to have them right now you are looking at two possible options.

Option one: have them now and ruin your, your spouse, AND the kids lives by raising them without funds and before living life and maturing into a better person and parent, and in situations of stress like that you end up yelling at them unjustly, hitting them, or otherwise taking your problems out on everyone else (intentional, or not. Directly or not). Not to mention the overworking hours to pay for them takes you out of their lives when they need you most.

Or Option two: wait until you are ready, financially, mentally, or otherwise and give that same number of kids the life they deserve. And you all get to have much happier lives.

Now in both possible universes the same number of lives are born, and even if you picked universe one, now you’ve deleted the kids in universe two. So it’s still removing their futures.

There is no logical, or even ethical, reason to prevent abortions other than to control women and hurt children. Period. Anyone who says abortions are bad are hateful anti-human or anti-thinking people who want to push themself into others lives and force them to live how they demand.

Except it’s the opposite. Uncut gems was a terrible movie. I loved almost all of his other movies.

The housing is already made. In the US there are more empty properties than homeless by multiple times.

Also food bearing trees were banned and only the pollen producing male trees are planted in public areas. Cultures used to have guilds for food forests where nobody had to do almost any work to get food, because forests do just fine without us and we found ways to just shift it towards making more food. Plus when you stop NEEDING to do work, people do what they are passionate about, and for some that is farming, or building stuff.

People don’t need money motivating everything if the system was changed.
