How is it false advertising? Apple makes a cord to spec and standard and slaps a “made for apple” tag line on it. Its just marketing. Nothing special about the cable. Its just a way to ensure apple fanboys buy it.

Yes they can. Its just all about labeling. They can label a cable that fits to the standard and say “made for apple”

Protip. I was responding to the article. I still think its a waste of money for nasa. A lot of people do not give a fuck about space. It’s why NASA’s budget has languished for so long. And now they’re investing in something that’s people specifically have to give a fuck about NASA themselves to interact with and most likely will just be an unnecessary budget drain. In a climate thats already saturated with “streaming services” Why even create a “streaming service” if the intention seems to be just “NASA news”. It would in my opinion still be better to partner with one of these larger streaming services in order to push NASA to more people.

Wtf would nasa waste money on something that have never made a profit. Budget already fucked up enough. Its be more worthwhile to invest in shows from the streaming services.

Yet this shit is still pushing through and they have to appeal. And we all know whats gonna happen. Whens the last time a monopoly got broken up or stopped? Like the 50’s? Maybe. Like the last time we broke up a corporation their reach was like a fifth of what corporations reach is today. But our government still thought they were too powerful. So wtf changed? Oh right everybody dirty now.

The greed in our world is just absurd. Fuck these corporations.
