OP may be a bit over the top, but he has a point. The Stros have always been cheating cheaters, everyone of them. Except for Nolan Ryan, who was just that good that it looked like cheating.
Doctoring the ball is an art limited to one pitcher.

Then they banged a trash can to let the batter know whether to swing or not.
