I heard about this one before, its really sick. It’s also emblamatatic of why we failed over there. They do not approve of pedophiles more than any other culture, the Taliban would paint the outside walls with this predator, that we allowed it, and every other manner of corruption, ensured we did not set up a system that would endure. We didn’t build an economy for the masses of people, we didn’t provide safety and security, instead we made deals with warlords that jockeyed for position like a game of thrones season while corruption sent all the money to connected groups.
The taliban, for their faults, are honest. They actually believe a lot of the religious stuff, and as such won’t tolerate that kind of corruption, or boy rape, and as such got immediate support to take the country as soon as the American Military left behind it’s game of thrones provincial governments.
