Is it possible to force jerboa to use English instead of the localized version of the app?
The text overlaps the icons and there are some options that I don’t understand in the localized version.

Yes this is possible since 0.0.36-alpha but be aware that that version introduced some other issues that need to be fixed quickly.
Same issue here. Ironically, I’ve had the exact same issue with the Reddit app
Personally not too happy about a gesture taking me out of comments on the last version.
I personally prefer it, but it should be a setting.
