I’ve tried planting lots of herbs but usually they won’t grow. This time I was trying dill in a couple pots under different conditions to check what’s work best. But I think this is actually moss?

Oh it’s definately what the bot says, I got a search with that name and when I saw this flower I knew it. I get a lot of these but never identified when it’s super small.
Well, still trying to figure out how to grow dill.
