According to the article, this lawyer also clerked for Clarence Thomas. It’s insane that Thomas is still a Supreme Court justice:

And things started so well with his confirmation hearings … Who could have seen this coming?

Sure is disgusting how people who already have more money than God are willing to destroy our country, literally, just for the relative equivalent of a stray penny you or I might find on a sidewalk.

    … “faces” “possible” disbarment …
I’ll be glad when it’s “has been disbarred, indicted AND convicted”

Looking at that haircut, I’m going to assume this man doesn’t make smart choices. Is that a frombover?

The American Bar Association has no integrity. The people in trump’s orbit who are allowed to practice law (heavy emphasis on the practice part) in obvious bad faith is a joke. Obvious grounds for these people to be disbarred left and right and nothing meaningful happens.

    It’s a sham org.

The ABA is not in charge of attorney discipline in specific jurisdictions. They publish model rules of professional conduct, and accredit law schools, and some other stuff. But the California Bar is in charge of this particular disciplinary proceeding.
