  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Celery Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

    This sounds fantastic, but I’ve never used celery juice before. Can you buy that in the store, or do you make it yourself?

    That sounds fantastic—bookmarking this. Is it your own adaptation of the D&Co cocktail, or is it what’s in the book itself (…need to get the book!).
